1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MyTourMakers Leisure Tour And Travel Pvt. Ltd. ("MyTourMakers", "we", "us"), CIN U63030DL2022PTC396342, GSTIN 09AAPCM6384D1Z0, with its corporate office at D-9, Vyapar Marg, Block D, Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

They apply when you use mytourmakers.com, create an account, chat with MTM Jiju, or make an enquiry or booking with us online, by phone, WhatsApp or email. By doing so you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, for members, the MTM Club terms. Specific terms in your quotation, itinerary or invoice apply in addition to these Terms; if they differ, the specific terms apply.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to book with us. If you book for others, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Your MyTourMakers account

  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Traveller names must match passports or government ID exactly.
  • Keep your password and OTPs private. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been misused.
  • One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that are fake, duplicated, used for fraud or that break these Terms.
  • You can close your account at any time by contacting us; bookings already made remain subject to these Terms.

3. Our role

Holiday packages and tours designed and sold by us are arranged by MyTourMakers as the tour organiser, using carefully chosen local partners.

Flights, hotels, trains, cruises, cabs, insurance, events and other single services are provided by independent suppliers. For these we act as a booking agent: the supplier is responsible for providing the service, and its own terms, fare rules and policies also apply to you. We will share key supplier conditions with you before you pay.

Visa services: we help you prepare and submit applications. The decision, processing time and any fees charged by embassies, consulates or visa centres are entirely theirs.

4. Bookings and confirmation

  • Quotes and itineraries are valid for the period stated on them and depend on availability at the time of booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only when we receive the advance or full payment requested and send you a written confirmation, invoice or voucher.
  • Please check all documents as soon as you receive them and tell us about any mistake within 24 hours. Name corrections may not be possible or may carry supplier charges.
  • Hotel categories, room types and inclusions are as described by suppliers. Check-in and check-out times follow hotel rules.
  • Photos and descriptions on our website are for guidance; actual hotels, vehicles and sightseeing may differ slightly.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We show the total price, with a breakdown of taxes and charges, before you pay. We do not add hidden charges at checkout.
  • GST is charged as per law and shown on your GST invoice. For international tour packages, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is collected at the rate in force under the Income-tax law on the date of payment, and a valid PAN is required. TCS is shown separately on your invoice and can be claimed against your income tax.
  • You can pay online through our secure payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking), by bank transfer, with MTM Points and with your MTM Wallet, as shown in My Account. Your GST invoice lists each way you paid and is updated automatically when a payment is received; the latest version is always in My Trips.
  • Until full payment is received, prices may change because of supplier price increases, currency movements, fuel surcharges or new government taxes. We will tell you before any change and you may cancel without our service charge if the increase is significant.
  • Pay the balance by the due date in your invoice. If you don't, we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges.
  • Online payments are processed by a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (CCAvenue). We never see or store your card details. Any gateway or bank charge is shown before you pay. A payment is counted only once the gateway confirms it to us.
  • Promo codes and offers have their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation charges, refund timelines and non-refundable items are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short:

  • Ask for cancellations or changes in writing (email or WhatsApp) from the registered contact. The date we receive your request decides the charge.
  • For holiday packages, a cancellation charge applies from the moment the package is booked: 50% of the amount paid if you cancel more than 45 days before travel, 75% at 30–45 days, 80% at 15–29 days and 100% within 15 days. Flights, hotels and other single services follow the supplier's own cancellation rules, which we share before booking.
  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 7–14 working days after we receive the refund from suppliers. If you prefer, we can instead add the refund to your MTM Cash straight away (see MTM Wallet); this is always your choice.
  • MTM Points and MTM Wallet money used on a cancelled booking are returned to your account, not paid out in cash.
  • Government visa fees, embassy and visa centre charges, insurance premiums and non-refundable supplier fares cannot be refunded.
  • No refund is due for unused services, no-shows or early departure, unless the supplier refunds us.

7. Passports, visas, health and insurance

  • Every traveller needs a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date (or as required by the destination), all required visas, permits and ID.
  • Entry to any country is decided by its immigration authorities. We are not responsible if travel is refused because of missing or incorrect documents, or for visa rejections or delays.
  • Check health, vaccination and travel advisory requirements for your destination. Tell us before booking about any medical condition or special need that may affect your trip.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and baggage.

8. Changes by us and force majeure

Sometimes we or our suppliers must change an itinerary — for example because of weather, flight schedule changes, road or site closures, or government instructions. We will offer the closest possible alternative of similar standard. If a change is major and made before departure, you may choose the alternative or cancel and receive a refund of amounts we can recover, without our service charge.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control ("force majeure"), such as natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, airline or airport failures. In such cases we will help you with alternatives and refunds as allowed by suppliers.

9. Traveller responsibilities

  • Follow local laws, customs and supplier rules, and reach meeting points, airports and stations on time.
  • You are responsible for your belongings and for any damage you cause to hotels, vehicles or other property.
  • Suppliers or our tour leaders may refuse service to anyone whose behaviour endangers or seriously disturbs others, without a refund.

10. Our liability

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Where we act as a booking agent, the supplier is responsible for its services, and we are responsible for making the booking correctly and passing on information accurately.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business, income or enjoyment beyond that. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. MTM Club, points and offers

MTM Club membership, MTM Points, tiers, tier benefits (such as lounge passes) and the birthday bonus are governed by the MTM Club terms. Points have no cash value. Offers, discounts and promo codes are subject to their own conditions and availability.

Travel advisories, visa and entry rules can change at short notice — please verify with official sources before travelling.

15. Complaints and grievance redressal
