Earning MTM Points
Points are earned on the amount you actually pay for eligible bookings, and your tier adds a bonus on top. Example for a booking where you pay ₹50,000:

Using your points
- Value: 100 MTM Points = ₹10 off a future booking.
- Minimum: you can redeem once your balance reaches 1,000 points.
- Maximum: points can pay for up to 10% of a booking's value (before taxes). The rest is paid normally.
- How: tell your travel expert you'd like to use your points, or choose "Use MTM Points" at checkout when online payment is available.
- Cancellations: if a booking paid partly with points is cancelled, the points used go back to your account with their original validity.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and cannot be combined across accounts.
Points validity
- Welcome points (5,000) are valid for 12 months from the day you join.
- Points from bookings are valid for 24 months from the day they are credited.
- Points that will expire soon are used first when you redeem.
- We'll remind you by SMS, WhatsApp or email about 30 days before any points expire. You can always see your balance and expiry dates in My Account.
Reaching and keeping a tier
- Only completed trips count. A trip counts once its travel date has passed and it was not cancelled or refunded.
- Spend means the amount you actually paid MyTourMakers after discounts. Amounts paid with MTM Points or MTM Wallet do not count.
- 12 months are counted from the day you reached your current tier.
- Upgrades are automatic as soon as you meet the targets for the next tier. You'll get a message with your new benefits.
- Explorer and Voyager never expire. Globetrotter, Jetsetter and Signature last 12 months and are then reviewed.
- Soft landing: if you don't meet the targets again, you move down only one tier at a time and never below Voyager.
- Bookings made for family or friends from your account count towards your tier.
Frequently asked questions
Is MTM Club really free?
Yes. There is no joining or yearly fee. Every guest who creates a MyTourMakers account and verifies their mobile number becomes a member.
Where can I see my points and tier?
Log in and open My Account → MTM Club & Points. Your tier, points balance, points history and wallet balance are all shown there.
When will points from my trip show up?
Within 7 days after your trip is completed. Points are not credited at the time of booking because trips can still change or be cancelled.
Can I use points and an offer together?
Usually yes, unless the offer says otherwise. The 10% limit always applies.
How do I use a lounge pass?
Passes are issued as e-vouchers in My Account when you reach an eligible tier. Show the voucher at a partner lounge. Availability depends on the airport and partner.
What is the difference between MTM Points and MTM Wallet?
MTM Points are loyalty rewards with the limits above. MTM Wallet holds money such as refunds, cashback or credits, which you can use on any booking.
What happens if I close my account?
Your MTM Club membership ends and any unused points are cancelled. MTM Wallet money is refunded to you as per our refund policy.
MTM Club terms & conditions
Effective from 22 October 2026. These terms apply together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Program owner. MTM Club is run by MyTourMakers Leisure Tour And Travel Pvt. Ltd. ("MyTourMakers", "we"). Membership is free and voluntary.
- Who can join. Individuals aged 18 or older with a valid mobile number. One account per person; accounts are personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Companies may not join as members.
- Welcome points. 5,000 MTM Points are credited once per person when the mobile number is verified, and are valid for 12 months.
- Earning. Members earn 1 MTM Point for every ₹10 actually paid on eligible bookings, plus the tier bonus shown on this page, credited within 7 days after the trip is completed. Items listed under "Doesn't earn points" are excluded.
- Using points. 100 points are worth ₹10. A minimum balance of 1,000 points is needed, and points may cover up to 10% of a booking's value before taxes. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
- Validity. Points from bookings are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited. Expired points cannot be restored.
- Cancellations and refunds. If a booking is cancelled, refunded or changed, the points earned on it are removed or adjusted, and points used on it are returned to the member's account with their original validity. If the points earned have already been used, the equivalent value may be adjusted from the refund.
- Tiers. Tiers are reached and kept as described in "Reaching and keeping a tier". Tier benefits are personal, issued in My Account, valid for 12 months from issue unless stated otherwise, have no cash value and are subject to availability and partner terms.
- Misuse. We may suspend a membership, cancel points or benefits, or close an account in case of fraud, fake or duplicate accounts, misuse of offers, abusive behaviour or a breach of these terms, after informing the member where the law requires it.
- Changes to the program. We may change earning rates, benefits, tiers or these terms. We will give members at least 30 days' notice of any change that reduces their benefits, by email, SMS, WhatsApp or a notice on this page. Points already credited keep their value and validity until expiry.
- Ending the program. If we end MTM Club, we will give at least 90 days' notice, during which members can use their points as usual.
- Taxes. Any tax that applies to benefits received under the program is the member's responsibility, unless the law says otherwise.
