• Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
• Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues and factors beyond our control.
• Additional accommodation/food cost incurred due to any delay.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the inclusions.

• Booking will be based on First come First serve.
• INR 4999/- would be required at the time of booking.
• Remaining amount to be paid on arrival Day1.
• 100% refund if cancellation requested 45 days before travel start date.
• 50% retention of paid amount if cancellation requested 45>20 Days
• No refund will be there if cancellation made within 20 days to start the trip.

• Participants should be there in tour start city at least one day prior.
• Participants are requested to pack their stuff in backpack and not the trolley bag.
• Facility to carry luggage in a vehicle restricted to 1 Rucksack/Duffle bag of 60 Liters per motorbike.
• Participants are requested to follow the timing in the program, in case any service are missed due to delay in departure, the company will not be responsible for any refund.
• We can modify the group and inclusions if numbers of members are below 08.
• If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. MyTourMakers Leisure Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
• MyTourMakers Leisure Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc.
• If any group member wants to leave group in-between the tour then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving to the tour starting point. And he/she have to pay for all their cost once he/she left group. Carry own riding gears, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
• All guests will be responsible for safety and security of their own luggage, We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing / lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bags to carry all expensive things with you
• Compensation for any damage/accidental done by you during tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
