Kedarnath is a holy Hindu town located in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand in India. It is one of the Char Dhams located in the Himalayas. Kedarnath is situated at an astonishing height of 3584 meters above sea level near the head of Mandakini River. The Kedarnath temple lies amidst the majestic snow-capped Garhwal Himalayan ranges and is thronged by thousands of tourists each year.

It is one of the sacred pilgrimage centre in Northern India, located on the bank of Mandakini river at an altitude of 3584 meters above sea level. The historical name of this region is "Kedar Khand". Kedarnath temple is a part of Char Dhams and Panch Kedar in Uttarakhand and one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva in India. There are more than 200 shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand itself, the most important one is Kedarnath. Itinerary

Day 1

Upon your arrival, MyTourMakers representative will pick you for Sonprayag/Phata/Sitapur. It takes around 7 to 8 hours of journey to reach at hotel. In route you will enjoy the glimpses of Devnagri via Rishikesh. Complete the check-in process and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2

Today early morning by 4-5 AM we will start towards the Gaurikund from hotel. Our driver will drop you there to complete your all check-in process of documents. From there you can start your trek. There are many options available to complete the trekking of around 16 Kms. You can hire the local transfer mode to complete the trekking. Reach at Kedarnath. Overnight stay at hotel/camp. Overnight stay and dinner.

Day 3

Today after completing your check-out process from hotel, you can visit the temple and take your time during day. Return back to Gaurikund point. From there our driver will pick you to Sonprayag hotel. Take the rest to get refreshed. Overnight stay at hotel with dinner.

Day 4

Post breakfast complete your checkout process and our driver will pick you to Haridwar. After 7 to 8 hours of journey you will be reaching to railway station by evening 4-5 PM.

Cancellation Policy

â€¢ 100% refund if package cancellation request is made before 30 days of package start date.

â€¢ 50% refund of paid amount if package cancellation request is made 30>15 days of package start date.

â€¢ No refund shall be applicable if package cancellation request is made 15 days before package start date.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, roadblocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the sports)
