To be eligible for a refund, the following below condition should be matched based upon the below terms and conditions.
Holiday Packages:
Hotels, Cabs, Flights, Events, Volvo, Train, Cruise
All above service based cancellation shall be based on the cancellation policy of the respective vendors. MyTourMakers Leisure Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. is bound to convey the vendor’s cancellation policy to guests before selling it to them. In case of any failure, MyTourMakers Leisure Tour & Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall be liable in that case.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once the refund team validate the eligibility of refund. We shall respond within the 24 hours for the timeline by when the refund shall be initiated and credited in your bank account.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
